Clearly is an online retailer of contact lenses, eyeglasses and sunglasses. The company is a subsidiary of French company Essilor, and is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. They are one of the largest online contact lens retailers in North America, and the largest seller of prescription eyeglasses online in the world.
Mishayla angrily shared her experience, "I ordered my glasses and got them within 7 days. No complaints there, however the day I received my glasses, Clearly had taken more money from my credit card. The exact same amount as I had paid a week prior. And customer service tells me it's a bank problem not their problem? I called looking for a simple refund and it's been made difficult. There was absolutely no reason to take additional funds when I had already received the glasses."

Casper says"Eyepassion provides very bad service... Have now been waiting for 12 days for my lenses and money has already been withdrawn from my account 12 days ago. I feel it is totally unacceptable and eventhough it is not possible to contact them on phone to hear what is happening with the order. Sent several emails with no reply. So STAY AWAY from Eyepassion, very unserious company. Rather pay a little extra and use another company which you can contact and get a much better service at."
